Home But Not Alone is a campaign launched in Suffolk in response the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak.   Its aim is to help connect people or organisations who want to volunteer in their communities, with neighbours who are most in need.

Volunteers will help with essential services such as delivering groceries or medication, whilst following the Government’s social distancing guidelines. Anyone who would like to gift their time please download the Tribe Volunteer app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

App details: from Apple App Store and Google Play Store

There is a Suffolk telephone line for those most in need during the Coronavirus pandemic, or for families or friends to call on behalf of those who need help and support.

This phoneline can be used to seek information on support for those with care needs, loneliness and to connect with volunteers in your neighbourhood. The freephone number is 0800 876 6926 and will be staffed from 09:00 to 17:00, seven days a week.  This telephone line is not a general information line for COVID-19, but designed to help the most vulnerable in our communities, and will be adapted to demand over the coming weeks.

For those needing the support of these volunteers, please call 0800 876 6926 any day, between 9am and 5pm.
